All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Prices are listed in AUD or USD as applicable. Currency is determined at the time of booking.

Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking.

5. Mentorship Packages

Mentorship packages are structured agreements. Terms of engagement, scheduling, and duration will be confirmed prior to commencement.

6. Educational Materials

All course materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Janelle Campbell and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
